Finally...

Our unit has FINALLY been turned over to us today! After too much hassle, the developer finally decided to address our concerns! Alleluia!

There are still several things that need to be done with our unit so we still can't move in... We'll probably move in by February in time for hubby's birthday. :)

Anyway, I'm just glad that we can finally start with the interior works of our home...

Bad Trip with our Developer!!!

It's almost 2 months since we fully paid our unit and up to now, it hasn't been turned over to us yet due to architectural/workmanship issues as well as lack of customer orientation on the part of some employees in the organization!

Our experience with the developer has been frustrating to say the least! They're supposed to be one of the bigger players in the industry but they surely have to do something about their customer service, which is horrendous!

Our unit was supposed to have been turned over last October (although verbally, our broker told us before that our unit can be turned over in June!), then it was moved to November... And now, it's already December and our unit hasn't been turned over to us yet...

Anyway, I'm hoping that they can turn over the unit soon since our furniture and appliances will arrive already second week of December....

I'm keeping my fingers crossed...
